Creative Healing Arts believes that taking care of yourself is a necessary part of coping with stress. The therapies, classes and workshops offered at CHA gives a person the opportunity to release stress and come back to the creative individual that they truly are.

Taking the time for yourself is an important part of health and wellness. Each one of us has a need to express, relax, unwind, create and re-discover ourselves in the process.
